For the deck at the Endeavor residence in Corte Madera, the homeowners wanted a railing solution that blends modern minimalism with weather-resistant robustness, something that allows for clear sightlines, complements the deck’s architecture, and will stand up to the elements over time. Given the exposure and the desire for a clean, contemporary look, a surface-mounted cable railing system was the natural choice.
We installed our ThinLine cable railing system using 316L marine-grade stainless-steel cables, ideal for resisting corrosion and rust, especially in environments where moisture and weather are a concern. The aluminum posts and top rail provide a lightweight yet structurally sound frame, powder-coated in matte black for a sleek, modern aesthetic that complements a variety of outdoor designs.
