## Project Overview

At Rolling Hills residence in Tiburon we combined two complementary railing solutions to meet very different needs: an exterior privacy and security screen that stands up to coastal conditions, and a clean, open interior stair railing that preserves sightlines and maximizes natural light.

Inside, the stair area called for an unobtrusive railing that would keep the upper landing bright and visually open. We installed frameless laminated glass panels with a low-profile mounting system and a sleek brushed-stainless handrail. The result is a minimal, contemporary barrier that meets safety expectations while letting daylight flow between floors and keeping the interior feeling spacious.

Together these solutions deliver a cohesive design language: exterior privacy and durability with a modern metallic finish, paired with an interior treatment that emphasizes transparency and refined detail. The project balances aesthetics, safety, and long-term performance to suit both the site and the homeowner’s lifestyle.
