Project Overview
This project on Westminster Drive called for a railing solution that delivers clean sight-lines, a modern look, and long-term durability, while blending seamlessly with the contemporary high-end architecture. The homeowner wanted a design that felt open and airy, but still safe and sturdy, for their deck/balcony area.
We installed our ViewLine glass railing system with a fascia-mount configuration, using powder-coated aluminum posts for weather-resistance, tempered glass panels for clarity and safety, and a redwood top rail for natural warmth. The result is a sleek, minimalist railing that preserves the view, enhances the property’s aesthetic, and stands up to Oakland’s climate.
The finished railing doesn’t just look elegant, it gives the homeowner the peace of mind that their outdoor space is safe, low-maintenance, and built to last.
